Where we are required to process your data to meet legal requirements, we will hold information for as long as necessary for these purposes or as required by these laws, and will ensure your data is reviewed over time to ensure it is not held where no longer necessary.

You may, depending on your location, have the right to ask us for a copy of your PII; to correct it, erase it or restrict processing of your PII. If you choose to contact us with such a request, you will need to provide us with identifying information that matches the PII we currently have about you.

We never sell your PII nor furnish it to any third party, with the exception of our customer relationship management system (who is required to ensure the protection and confidentiality of our PII and allow for all General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) standards to be followed), or for reasons required by law (such as furnishing 1099’s to the IRS), or in order to process a payment to you.
